Pay what you Can Community Breathwork

Join me in celebration of the Full Moon in Taurus with breathwork! We will release stress, tension, stuck emotion and call in gratitude and the energies of Taurus the Bull! Breathwork is a form of active meditation using the wisdom of your breath and intuition to support the healing and well being of your body, mind and soul. If you need a little retreat or reset breathwork will provide you the respite you seek! This is especially supportive as we go into the late fall/winter holidays. Take this opportunity to release what is no longer serving you and ground yourself.
