Jen's approach to coaching utilizes deep listening and intuition, trauma informed guidance—with a bit of tarot and astrology—to support your own connection to your intuition and self compassion.

Along with 15 years of experience, Jen brings an understanding of neuroscience to support you in moving towards your desired future.


Connecting with your inner self allows you to shift into alignment with your higher self and connect with your purpose. We will highlight your strengths and what is working and enhance what you may feel are weaknesses through attention and intention. We will stand shoulder to shoulder as you push out of your comfort zone and embrace being on the skinny branches of living. You will broaden your perspective and deepen your understanding and compassion for yourself.

All of this makes a difference in gaining clarity around your future, moving through grief, making decisions, or creating a new future and strengthening your accountability to yourself.

The Breathwork I practice is three parts all executed through the mouth. The client lies in a relaxed position and inhales through the mouth into the belly and then the chest, thoroughly inflating the abdominal cavity before releasing the exhale through the mouth. breathwork sessions begin with a meditative period that includes the opportunity for the client to set their own intention. Once they are relaxed they are invited to begin the practice of the active breath. This is done at the cadence of the clients' choosing for 15-28 minutes (usually).  After the 15-28 minutes of active breath practice, breathing is returned to the "normal" state of the client. I then guide them in a time of integration (about 15 minutes). This time allows the benefits of the active breath practice to integrate into the body, mind and soul of the client.
