About the event
Join me in celebration of the start of winter and the beginning of the return of the Light with breathwork! We will release stress, tension, stuck emotion and call in the joy of winter! Breathwork is a form of active meditation using the wisdom of your breath and intuition to support the healing and well being of your body, mind and soul. If you need a little retreat or reset breathwork will provide you the respite you seek!
